Self-service pickup made simple. Follow the steps below.

STEP 1 - Locate your Trailer

Find your allocated MateMove trailer and confirm it matches your booking

STEP 2 - TAKE PHOTOS

Photograph hitch lock and all sides of the trailer (Front, sides, rear)

Step 3 - Get keys from lockbox

Enter the code you have received to unlock the lockbox and get the keys

STEP 4 - Remove hitch lock

Place hitch lock in the toolbox or attach it to the trailer before towing and place hitch lock key back in the lock box

STEP 5 - REVERSE

Carefully reverse your vehicle so the tow ball lines up under the trailer coupling

STEP 6 - Hitch the trailer

Connect coupling, chains, plug and raise jockey wheel

STEP 7 - Test lights

Check indicators, brake lights, tail lights before driving.
